We want you to be fully happy with every Casa De Amor product. Our return and refund policy is simple and transparent — here is everything you need to know.
📦 Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item Received Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos (or a short video) of the item and its packaging. Once verified, we will send you a free replacement — no return shipping cost to you. This is the fastest way to resolve any issue, so please check your order as soon as it arrives.
🔄 Returns (Change of Mind) You may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
🚫 Items That Cannot Be Returned For quality and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened or used:
- Fertilizers, manures, potting soil and other growing media
- Neem oil, plant care liquids and pest control products
- Seeds (once the packet is opened)
- Live plants (except if damaged on arrival — report within 48 hours as above)
- Sale / discounted items
💰 Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method, typically within 7–10 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, our team will contact you to process the refund via bank transfer / UPI.

Return shipping address: HIG-27, Meghdoot Nagar, Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh 458001, India. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are borne by the customer and are non-refundable. For damaged, defective or wrong items, Casa De Amor bears all costs.
